It’s a Reese’s thing. Not the most popular but common - pretty much every convenience store has them. It’s basically a Snickers with the peanuts/caramel section replaced with peanut butter cup filling. So it’s like a chewier more solid peanut butter cup in bar form. I have no idea if they exist in any sizes other than the standard checkout aisle candy bar size.
